Dave arrived early and was already headed for the roof when we got there. I followed him around during the entire inspection and he did a great job of pointing out features of the home and explaining the function and use of items that were unfamiliar. Words you could use to describe Dave are personable, professional, knowledgeable. Naturally, he has all the equipment and meters needed to do a thorough inspection. I've been buying houses for over a half-century and Dave rates right at the top of my list!
