The Vogue magazine editor-in-chief made the admission during an appearance on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” Wednesday while playing a game where she and Corden had to answer questions honestly or eat an extreme food.
After choosing the pickled pigs feet as her next consequence, she was asked, “Who would you never invite back to the Met Gala?”
Wintour laughed and said, “Donald Trump.”
While she did not elaborate further, Wintour publicly supported Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the election and was reportedly overheard saying about Trump in December, “he’s going to use his presidency to sell himself and his brand and profit personally for himself and his family.”
However, she and the Trump family have shared positive moments together over the years. Wintour even attended the wedding between Donald and Melania.
The current first couple has also been frequent past guests of the annual Met Gala fundraiser where the invite list is vetted by Wintour herself, reports Page Six.
