President Donald Trump gave a nationwide address on Thursday, in which he declared the opioid crisis as a public health emergency. He also opened up about his brother, the late Fred Trump Jr., who died at age 43. Trump said Thursday Trump said he avoided smoking and drinking alcohol because of his Fred's experiences.
