Tom was extremely thorough during the pre-drywall inspection and took pictures of issues he found. He is a clear communicator who not only explained to me what the issues were but also what he would have the builder do to remediate the problems. He spent 1.5 hours ensuring he looked at every detail. The report clearly showed what passed and failed. It was very easy to send the report to my foreman and review anything he needed to fix. It was well worth what I spent for the peace of mind knowing everything behind the drywall will be in great shape and that my house is structurally sound.
