From setting up the appointment to receiving the inspection report, I couldn't ask for a better experience as a first time home buyer for my home inspection. My appointment was made in the same week and was accommodated to my specific schedule. Brandon was already on the property when my agent and I showed up. He was thorough in explaining his steps, procedures, and expectations. All said and done, when he was complete with the inspection, his inspection report/advice turned me into a confident 1st time home buyer, buying a 111-year old house!
