சாலைகளில் பேனர்கள், கட்அவுட்டுக்கள் விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கட்டுப்பாட்டை எதிர்த்து தமிழக அரசு உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்துள்ளது.

உயிருடன் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு பேனர்கள் மற்றும் கட்அவுட்டுக்களை வைக்க கடந்த செவ்வாய் கிழமை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தடை விதித்து உத்தரவிட்டது. தனி நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்துள்ள இந்த உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து தமிழக அரசு சார்பில் மேல் முறையீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The Tamil Nadu Government has appealed to the High Court against the control of banners and cuts in roads.

Last Tuesday, the Supreme Court ordered to ban banners and cuts to the survivors. The petition has been appealed on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government against this order issued by the Special Judge.
