Do you remember the coldest game in MLB World Series history? The Loop does. On October 22nd, 1997, the Cleveland Indians hosted the then Florida Marlins in Game 4 of the 1997 World Series. The night game featured wind that blew at around 15 mph from left to right and snow! The local temperature at Jacobs Field was 35 - 38 degrees and the wind chill made it feel like 18 degrees. Cleveland used monster outings from Manny Ramirez and Matt Williams to score the 10-3 victory.
