Being on a Worlds team is tough, and competing on Spirit of Texas' A-Team, in particular, adds pressure...why? They've claimed World titles before, and have a coach and gym that holds them to the highest of standards. B, B+, A-, no other grade will make the cut. This is A-Team and they're expected to earn their "A".
