Greece migrants at risk as winter looms: refugee agencies

With high numbers of migrants arriving on the Greek island of Samos over the summer, causing overcrowding at a reception centre, new arrivals are camping out in the open, but with winter approaching, refugee agencies are warning that urgent action needs to be taken to provide more suitable accommodation.
