Debbie Allen used to be the only woman in the room

Debbie Allen says that in her earlier years in the industry, she was accustomed to being the only woman in the room, something she's gone to pains to change. Now, as executive producing director on 'Grey's Anatomy,' Debbie says she's hired more female directors than any other network show.
