Hillary Clinton is booed as she arrives at Swansea University

Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was booed on Saturday as she arrived at Swansea University in Wales to collect an honorary doctorate.

Clinton ignored the boos and waved to crowds as she stepped out of her vehicle at the entrance to the venue.

Clinton later said the honorary doctorate "meant the world."

The university's College of Law was also renamed the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law.
