TYRANT Police officer misused power on traffic Stop (Possible Racial Profiling?)

The body cam footage I have got for you today is a Columbus police officer misusing his power during a simple traffic stop. The footage shows officer Keith Dowd, unleashing a series of insults and accusations at a black man who is in his 20's. Please make sure you watch the entire video to see how awful this officer treats this kid. Here is the video.
As of right now, officer Dowd is still on duty. Did you notice throughout the video the driver never raised his voice to the officer, he kept his composure and that should be commended. When I first watched this I was disgusted at the behavior of this officer. How did his actions make you feel? Comment down below on what you thought was the worst part of this interaction. Also, comment if you find anything wrong that driver has done during this incident. Currently this matter is still under investigation, however, sources say that only a written reprimand was given to officer Dowd. If this angers you or upsets you, then you are not alone. Guys this is a perfect example why you should always have a camera recording when you deal with the police. To capture those wrongdoings. So until next time. BE SAFE BE VIGILANT, & KNow your rights.
