Simple Traffic stop goes from bad to an arrest ( Did Cop Violate citizens rights?)

A Subscriber contacted me directly via email and shared with me his encounter of a traffic indecent that led to his arrest and 4 charges. Baker, was driving home from work when a car in front of him kept slamming their brakes and he ended up having to swerve away to avoid hitting the car in front of him. At this moment, a police officer by the name Powers Badge 2507 started to pull him over and this led to Baker to start video recording. Here is the video.
After watching that, there would be a lot to question. How did this video make you feel towards the cop and the driver? Who do you think is in the right and in the wrong here. Now I usually don’t give my opinion but let me tell you this. 36 CFR of the - National Forest System Roads Statues states, operating a vehicle carelessly, recklessly, or without regard for the rights or safety of other persons or in a manner or at a speed that would endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property is considered a violation. Now with said, the cop may have been correct in stating the statue number but may have been wrong by saying it’s a criminal charge. (Show video part)
Now when the cop ordered baker to exit the vehicle it can be said that the cop escalated the issue for no reason, and my reason for saying this is baker was complaint the entire time, only asking the police officer questions to understand why his license was needed. Some may say that it could have been racial profiling due to baker looking Hispanic, but that could be a stretch but anything is possible. What do you think, Give me your answer down below?
I can never say this enough guy, when dealing with the police, always have your camera recording.
