Cobra head-butts window to try to get inside house and eat cats

Footage of a wild cobra head-butting a window as it tries to get inside to eat pet cats - before a man batters its to death with a pipe.

The deadly serpent slithered across a tree branch before perching on the window ledge and eyeing up the bemused cats.

The three white cats stare up at the snake transfixed by its bizarre behaviour.

But in a sudden twist, a man arrives minutes later to batter the reptile to death with an enormous pipe outside the home in the tiny island of Brunei.
