Dramatic footage, from China, of a car doing donuts and ploughing into a crowd as the driver presses the accelerator by mistake.

The CCTV video, shot in Tianjin on October 11, shows local residents running away as the car gets onto the pavement in front of their residential community.

Four people were reportedly injured but they are said to be in stable condition.

The car driver was arrested by police.
