Ezekiel Elliott is officially suspended
Ezekiel Elliott's official suspension could go into effect immediately, after The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the injunction blocking him from a six-game suspension. The New Orleans court granted the league's request to lift the injunction and dismiss Elliott's case. The three-judge panel voted 2-1 to back the NFL's argument. Elliott can still file an injunction in the Souther District of New York if he wishes to fight back. The Cowboys have a bye week this week and don't play until October 22 in San Francisco.
