Life update: Shut down the punk house, quitting the job, going traveling, neck pain

I got a .25 cent raise, after a year of being a cashier, and being denied higher paying departments. And, people wonder why there's so much hoopla over making a living wage. It turns out .25 cents is the company's standard raise. The company is standard insulting it's workers.

The union has turned against each other.

My house is ok, but my housemates aren't people I can relate to, nor do I want to be friends with. I'll commit to looking for a new place when I get back.
