Headed out in the afternoon to fish a location that i thought could be good. Quickly hadof plans that changed. I found myself at the end of the day fishing a pond that had smallmouth bass (brown bass) in it which is a prized sportfish. I have only seen this one other time before. So it was defiantly a rare treat. \r

The fish were feeding on the baitfish in the pond. I found that the only thing that I could get bit on was a livingston lipless crankbait. It was crazy to find a urban pond like this that had this kind of wildlife in it. \r
