Wildfires in Northern California continue to spread wreaking havoc and burning more than 115,000 acres in the process. At least 15 have been confirmed dead, with the number expected to rise. More than 1,500 structures have been destroyed and over 94,000 are without power. Gov. Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for the counties affected.
