ATTACK ON TITAN SEASON 2 IS COMING NEXT WEEK! So After 4 years I can finally do justice to one of my favorite fictional badasses. Mikasa Ackerman is one strong ripped badass of a woman and todays Tough like the Toonz will help you get a nice body just like her. This workout routine is tough and challenging but fun and will get you some great results. LETS Kick some TITAN ASS!\r

Warmup and hydrate 30 minutes before training!\r
\r
FULL WORKOUT CIRCUIT! (Routine for 3 DAYS A WEEK)\r
Twist Pushups 60 seconds\r
Titan Slash Jumps 60 seconds\r
Fast Punches 60 seconds\r
Oblique Crunches 60 seconds\r
Rest 60 seconds\r
Pushup Jacks 60 seconds\r
Colossal Slaying Jumps 60 seconds\r
Crunch Holds 60 seconds\r
Jumping Upper Cuts 60 seconds\r
Stabilizers 60 seconds\r
Tricep Dips 60 seconds \r
REST 90 seconds then repeat this circuit 3 more times\r

After completing the circuit REST 3-5 minutes and then do 5 Wind Sprints\r
