The Detroit Red Wings: Decline and Fall of an Empire

Today, we mourn the death of a once-mighty dynasty in the hockey world. The Red Wings were formerly at the cutting-edge: Excellent scouting and development programs, an active, caring owner and players lining up around the block to play with this prestigious organization.

Nowadays, however, the Red Wings are a mere shell of the former empire they had. Where did everything go wrong? This video will attempt to explain their decline over the past decade. Even worse, what the future may hold for this once-great organization.
