Required Items for this tutorial:
- Quilling strips
- Bamboo stick
- Stencils tool
- Paper Cutter
- Glue

Instructions:
1. Take bamboo stick
2. Cut a slot on one side through a paper cutter
3. Take an A4 sheet, cut it according to the length
4. Put glue on the paper
5. Roll the bamboo stick in paper so that the slotted end is slightly outwards
