The Apple iPhone X is the new super flagship phone from Apple. It comes with an edge-to-edge screen, Face ID — facial recognition system, which can be used to unlock the phone instead of a passcode — and no home button. The iPhone X comes in two colors: space gray and silver. The iPhone X is priced from $999 with 64GB of storage and there’s an upgraded option with 256GB of storage. Preorders open on October 27th, shipping begins November 3rd.

In addition to wireless charging the new iPhones are capable of quick charging via USB-C. The trouble is, Apple will only be including it's standard 5 watt power brick in the box. In order to utilize the quick charge functionality of the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus you'll need to spend some extra cash on a couple accessories. You'll need a more capable power brick (or you can use the one included with your Macbook / Mac book Pro) and a Lightning to USB-C cable.
