USS Abraham Lincoln operates in North Arabian Sea

North Arabian Sea (July 9, 2008)- Aircraft are launched from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) while operating in the North Arabian Sea. The aircraft launched and recovered include F/A-18 Hornets, Super Hornets and EA-6B Prowlers. Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility to support maritime security operations.
