Mission Objectives:
• Go to Vespucci Beach and kill a bodybuilder.
• Head south to coast of Pacific Bluff and take the second target in a yacht.
• Go to West Vinewood East and kill the window cleaner on the Eclipse Medical Tower.
• Go to the last target’s location who is a biker in Vinewood Hill and take him out.
