Venezuela's Foreign Minister, Jorge Arreaza, says that the US is "trying to impose on the world the capitalist dictatorship of the United States," as he informs that 63 countries, including China and Russia, signed a joint declaration at the United Nations Human Rights Council in support of the Venezuelan government.
