Ultra Orthodox Jews performed "Tashlich" at beach in Palmachim, near Tel Aviv on Thursday 28 September ahead of the Day of Atonement, or Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar. During the ritual believers cast their sins into the water.
