China's Red Army Camp Teaches Chairman Mao's Communist Ideologies

Welcome to Red Army boot camp.

A camp in China is running a three-day course that teaches the ideology of former Chairman Mao Zedong. The "Red Culture" camp, which is run by the Communist Party, hopes to spark a resurgence in the group’s founding principles by reminding a new generation of how modern China became so powerful. Students sing communist songs and march through the mountains of Jinggangshan, which was the birthplace of the Red Army 90 years ago.

Attendees say that camp truly makes them feel "the spirit of the revolution."
