Vietnamese steamed rice cake | Bánh bò hấp (Update Version)

New recipe, very quick, easy, fun, and delicious!\r
Banh bo hap u bot rat la nhanh chi co 2 tieng thoi!\r
Ingredients:\r
1 pound of rice flour +3 table spoon + 1 teaspoon of tapioca flour. Mix with 1.5 cup of coconut soda and 2 table spoon of water (if you want the cake a bit chewy and fluffy, you can use 1 pound of rice flour +3 table spoon+2 teaspoon of tapioca flour. Mix with 1.5 cup of coconut soda and 3/4 cup of water)\r
1 bag of ive dry yeast that mixed with 1 table spoon of sugar and 2 table spoon of warm water\r
1 can 13.5 oz of coconut milk cook with 1.5 cup of sugar ( this mixture is use to put in the batter after it cooled down)\r
Dipping coconut sauce: 1 can 13.5 oz of coconut milk cook with 5 table spoon of sugar \r
Add 2 table spoon of cooking oil into the batter before steam.\r
use food coloring and wet the molds with cooking oil before steaming.
