Foothills defeats Mater Dei in round one of the CIF Open Division state playoffs. Nikko Paranada had a very nice outing for Foothills with 14 points, and Spencer Freedman led Mater Dei with 18. Foothills is set to play Chino Hills on March 15th for the second round. Last time Foothills and Chino Hills meet Chino edged out a 2 point win so it could be another interesting battle! stay tuned for that and more!
