John Legend and Pharrell joined the #TakeAKnee movement over the weekend speaking out on racial inequality and police violence. Legend wrote in a article on Slate Pharrell chimed in during a concert in Charlottesville. Pharrell said Controversy erupted after President Trump's comments over the weekend, calling for the NFL to halt player protests.
