MW Group, Ltd., is the owner and developer of The Plaza at Moanalua assisted living project, which was constructed from May 2011 until October 2012. The project was financed with a HUD construction loan and we had the good fortune of having Lance Luke as the HUD inspector.
Lance was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job at protecting the lender’s interests on the project while always treating the contractor and owner in a fair and reasonable manner. He was very knowledgeable about the various construction systems and processes...
