North Korea foreign minister says Trump's comments are a 'declaration of war'

On Saturday, Donald Trump tweeted this about North Korea: In direct response, the Foreign Minister of North Korea, Ri Yong Ho, called Trump's comments a "declaration of war." Ho told reporters that Trump's comments give North Korea "every right" to take countermeasures under the U.N. Charter.
