France: Waste-collecting cyclists catch the UN's eye

They say one man's trash is another one's treasure... For a team of French cyclists in Nantes, that trash is biodegradable, and the treasure is compost. Based in the western city of Nantes, La Tricyclerie - a play on the words for sorting out rubbish, recycling and biking - is on a mission to reduce restaurants' organic waste, an initiative that could see them become the United Nation's "Young Champions of the Earth".
