Between "It" and "American Horror Story," clowns are definitely getting bad PR. But you can’t keep a good clown down. A clown school in Los Angeles is helping students pursue their passion and promote the art of clowning.
C.C. the Clown was inspired by a hospital clown who made her laugh during a dark personal moment. She attended clown college more than two decades ago and has been making children laugh ever since.
“How often do you get a chance to really laugh or be silly and have fun?" C.C. asks. "I believe the clowning profession has a future as long as the world has children.”
