Sahibzada Sultan Ahmad Ali sb speaking about "Allah Pak ordains the observance of promises in the Holy Quran"
اگر اُس اپنے وعدے کو نبھاتا ہے تو آپ فرماتے ہیں کہ:
"یہ طریقہ کسی عمل کو صحیح طریقے پر انجام دینے کا بڑا قوی ذریعہ اور سیدھا راستہ ہے۔"
کہ جب تم کوئی بات کہو اُس بات کے اوپر تم ڈٹ جاؤ اور اُس کا پہرہ دو اور اُس کے ساتھ وفا کرو۔کیونکہ یہ قرآنِ کریم میں سورہ بنی اسرائیل میں اللہ تبارک و تعالی نے یہ حکم فرمایا ہے کہ وعدوں کے متعلق پوچھا جاۓ گا قیامت کے دن۔ اپنے وعدوں کو وفا کرو اس لیے کے قیامت کے دن وعدوں کے متعلق پوچھا جائے گا۔
The best thing is to fulfil one's promises. As he says,
"It is the best way to do a thing and it is the direct path."
If one says a thing, one should stand by it. One should feel duty bound to it. One should show utmost loyalty to it. As Allah Pak ordains the observance of promises in the Holy Quran. Allah Pak asks us to fulfil our promises saying that on the Day of Judgment, everyone will be questioned about their promises.
اگر اُس اپنے وعدے کو نبھاتا ہے تو آپ فرماتے ہیں کہ:
