DRAGON GAMES RAVEN QUEEN DOLL REVIEW [EVER AFTER HIGH]

The new Dragon Games Raven Queen doll from Ever After High has arrived on our doorstep today! I was so excited, I was hyperventilating as I opened up the box! (Embarrassing, I know, but hey, its the truth).\r

I have to give it up for Mattel - they sure know how to merchandise. I was a goner for this line as soon as they named it, Dragon Games and as soon as they made the dolls look like warrior princesses. At that point, I was going to buy this line no matter what. \r

The Dragon Games Raven Queen doll is, in my opinion, the best doll of this line. It pains me to say that because Darling Charming is ually my favorite Ever After High charer, and I was so looking forward to having her in Dragon Games form. However, the way that Raven Queen is executed from head to toe, trumps every other doll in this line, and every other Raven Queen doll I have ever seen. Of course, I do NOT own every Raven Queen doll (I have her basic doll, her Way Too Wonderland doll, and her Getting Fairest doll, but that is it), so I cannot truly judge, but of the Raven Queen dolls I have, the Dragon Games Raven is my hands-down favorite.\r

Here are my top reasons to love the new Ever After High Dragon Games Raven Queen doll:\r

1) Shes got an armored ponytail. Raven Queen wears her hair in a sideswept ponytail, and it is held in place by an iron band that turns into an armored hairnet! Not sure why hair needs protecting, but perhaps she is planning to use it as a weapon.\r
2) This Dragon Games Raven Queen has the best-looking armor of them all. I love the piece that goes down the middle of her chest and connects at the waist with a broader piece that looks like chain links.\r
3) The detail of her halter top is amazing. Dragon Games Raven Queen has a skintight top that is iridescent - it changes colors as you turn it to and fro.\r
4) Dragon Games Raven Queen has the best leggings of them all - the glittery purple scales are reminiscent of her pet dragon, Nevermore. \r
5) She also has the best boots - they have alternating openings and buckle clasps that are painted and super-detailed. The heels look like some kind of dangerous, ferocious animal opening its maw to chomp down on the enemy.\r
