Pitbull welcomes home Canadian soldier after overseas deployment

This is the moment that adopted pitbull Redford welcomed home his "daddy" after a lengthy overseas deployment.

The Canadian soldier, Ian, had been deployed to Ukraine as part of 1 Combat Engineer Regiment for six months before returning to his home in Edmonton.

It was the first time the two had been separated since Redford was adopted.
