'The Russian Hoax Continues': Trump Takes Aim At Media, 'Crooked Hillary' After Facebook Ads Story

President Trump slammed the media and Hillary Clinton again over Russia-related investigation.

President Trump slammed the media and Hillary Clinton Friday morning while referring to reports that Facebook will be turning over Russian-bought ads to Congress, in connection with the 2016 election interference investigation.

"The Russia hoax continues, now it's ads on Facebook," Trump said in one of the tweets. "What about the totally biased and dishonest Media coverage in favor of Crooked Hillary?"

"The greatest influence over our election was the Fake News Media 'screaming' for Crooked Hillary Clinton," the president continued. "Next, she was a bad candidate!"

Facebook announced Thursday that it was going to share thousands of ads with Congress.

The New York Times reported that "under growing pressure from Congress and the public to reveal more about the spread of covert Russian propaganda on Facebook," the social media network was "turning over more than 3,000 Russia-linked ads to congressional committees investigating the Kremlin’s influence operation during the 2016 presidential campaign."
