Vidya Balan is one talented actor who delivered some amazing performances in her films, now the lady says that she is dying to work with Gulzar and International fame Woody Allen. However, Balan is prepping up for her next release titled 'Tumhari Sulu' which is said to be based on a woman who is radio jockey of a late-night show.
