National Guard's top officer views recent string of hurricanes as climate change

The impact of the recent string of strong hurricanes has been felt up and down the eastern seaboard. Now, the top officer in the National Guard believes that the hurricanes are a sign of climate change. I do think that the climate is changing, and I do think that it is becoming more severe. I do think that storms are becoming bigger, larger, more violent. You know, I never know if this one speck of time is an anomaly or not, but, you know, we’ve all seen now three Category-5 storms that popped out in a period of a month.
