Here is how you network/SIM unlock your Android phone. I think it works from Galaxy Y up to Galaxy S II. Try it. I said Galaxy S II but it worked for me. This network/SIM unlock is permanent. It works and I tried it with an AT & T SIM and I got to call other people. Root needed, but you can easily unroot afterwards.
