Lets understand a bit of windmills.\r
A windmill is a mill that converts the wind ENERGY into rotational energy by means of blades also know as Sails or Vanes. The majority of current windmills take the form of wind turbines used to generate electricity, or windpumps used to pump water either from ground or land water.\r
