✭ LACE-UP FLATS ✭ (mark 0:16)\r
ITEMS YOULL NEED FOR THIS DIY: (mark 0:20)\r
 Pair of ballet flats \r
 Rotating hole puncher (I used the second smallest option) \r
 Eyelet pliers \r
 Small eyelets (comes in gold or silver) \r
 16ft Leather cord (use 8ft of leather cord per shoe)\r
 Binder clips \r
 E6000 glue \r
 Fabric pencil (or whatever you can use to mark your flats)\r
\r
INSTRUCTIONS\r
STEP 1: (mark 0:36)\r
So first things first, using a fabric pencil, mark where youll be punching the holes for your eyelets. Im making my first mark in the middle on the top part of the shoes which is about an 1.5 inch apart from the middle mark. I also did the same thing for the side of the shoes.\r
\r
STEP 2: (mark 1:02)\r
Once youve finished marking your spots, punch the holes out using your hole puncher. I used the second option in the revolving hole puncher.\r
\r
STEP 3: (mark 1:19)\r
Next, place the eyelets in the hole. Use an eyelet plier to secure the eyelets in place.\r
\r
OPTIONAL: (mark 1:46)\r
▸ Cut two 2 of leather cord to create a heel tab. \r
▸ Fold the cord in half and glue the ends together with the E6000 glue. \r
▸ Use a binder clip to keep them together until the glue has completely dried.\r
▸ Once its completely dried, attach the heel tab by gluing it inside the back part of the flats.\r
▸ I used a binder clip again to hold the tab while the glue dries. Let it dry overnight before using it.\r
\r
STEP 4: (mark 2:43)\r
String the leather cord through the eyelets. I used about 8ft of leather cord per shoe. Get creative on how you want to lace-up your flats.\r
\r
✭ LACE-UP SHIRT ✭ (mark 3:19)\r
ITEMS YOULL NEED FOR THIS DIY: (mark 3:25)\r
 Old henley shirt\r
 Rotating hole puncher (I used the second smallest option) \r
 Eyelet pliers \r
 Large eyelets (comes in gold or silver) \r
 Leather cord (depends on how long you want your cord)\r
\r
INSTRUCTIONS\r
STEP 1: (mark 3:36)\r
Were going to start off by taking off the buttons on one side using a pair of scissors.\r
\r
STEP 2: (mark 3:46)\r
Punch holes where the buttons used to be. Depending on how thick the material of the shirt, you might need to use your scissors to poke the holes out.\r
\r
STEP 3: (mark 3:58)\r
Attach eyelets in the holes. Insert the grommet from the outside of the shirt. The washer (or backer/backing) will be attached from the inside of the shirt.\r
\r
Secure the eyelets in place by using the eyelet pliers.\r
\r
STEP 4: (mark 3:46)\r
Once you finished attaching the eyelets, thread the cord through the holes\r
