\r

5 oz. canned tuna \r
2 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Cracked Peppercorns \r
3 ½ cup cooked sticky short grain rice (Sushi rice)\r
7 sheets 1x2.5 dried and toasted seaweed\r
\r
Directions\r
Combine tuna and cracked peppercorns ranch in a small mixing bowl.\r
Take 1/2cup of rice in your left hand and gently press middle of the rice to make an indentation.\r
Put 1 Tablespoon tuna and ranch mixture into the center, carefully close the rice over the filling so it becomes covered.\r
Squeeze gently, but hard enough to hold it together, and mold it into a triangular shape.\r
Wrap with seaweed only one side of the triangle.\r
 Enjoy!\r

Seonkyoungs Tips: Wear disposable poly gloves or wet your hands to avoid the rice sticking on your hands.\r
