Could former Bachelor star Chris Soules have his case against him dismissed after allegedly being involved in a fatal accident and leaving the scene in rural Iowa?
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, his defense attorneys want a judge to drop the charges all together.
Chris allegedly struck a tractor with his vehicle, which left the driver dead, and then he abandoned the scene of the accident and returned to his nearby farmhouse. Police reportedly arrested him there hours later.
Chris did reportedly call 911 at the scene, and leave his name before returning home, which could help his case. He’s since appeared in an Iowa courtroom where defense attorneys claim they will formally argue for dismissal during the next scheduled hearing on Oct. 10.
