Sand Castle Beach Cake - How To With The Icing Artist

Hi guys! So this week I made a beach themed engagement cake for my brother! I made edible sand with my left over bits of cake. You take the cake bits and bake them at 300F for 30min. Once they are cool, pop them into a food processor until they are fine pieces. Then dump it on your cake! For the shells I used a silicone mold from flour confections. I marbled my fondant, then made my shells. Once I was finished I glazed them with an edible glaze, just to give them a bit of a shine!\r
