My Japanese Food Addiction | Conveyor Belt Sushi

The dining phenomenon known in Japan as conveyor belt sushi is an amazing thing to behold. Fast, delicious. and sometimes even healthy, kaiten-zushi in Japan is something that should not be missed. My friend who lives in Tokyo knew of a great spot that is very popular with the locals around Meguro station. Never one to turn down an opportunity to check out a new restaurant, and easily encouraged to indulge in my sushi addiction, I saddled up with my friend and we waited the full hour and a half in line to get a seat next to the chefs. The sushi was, in a phrase, life changing. \r
