Ingredients:\r

2 cups graham crackers crumbs \r
1 stick/8 Tbsp of butter, melted\r
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk\r
2-3 ripe bananas\r
1-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream\r
Grated chocolate to garnish, optional\r

Instructions:\r

1. Place the can of condensed milk in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil on medium heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Keep checking up on it and adding water when the can is exposed. Remove the can and wait until is cool slightly before opening it. You just made Dulce de leche! Whoo hoo!\r

2. In a medium size bowl, mix together the melted butter and cracker crumbs and mix until it looks like wet sand. Spread on the bottom of a pie plate and chill in the fridge.\r

3. When cool spread the Dulce de leche (toffee) over the biscuit base. Slice up a couple of ripe bananas on top of toffee. Whip up the cream and spread over the banana. Place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.\r

4. Garnish with grated chocolate and serve to people you like!
