Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi while addressing the University of California, Berkeley said that Congress party turned arrogant in 2012 which led to the parties downfall. Gurugram police that is investigating the murder of 7 year old Pradyumn Thakur inside the toilet of Ryan International school told the Sohna court on Monday that the school authorities tampered with the evidence at the crime spot by wiping off blood from floor and walls. In a shcoking incident a man was assulted in India's capital New Delhi for speaking in English. The incident was reported in the early hours of Saturday.
